SCRANTON, Pa., May 21 /PRNewswire/ — The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania announced the winners of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Innovation Awards at the Ben Franklin i xchange on May 20th at the Zoellner Arts Center at Lehigh University.
